Terms and Conditions

Fees

• All term fees for child and adult classes are payable in advance, before the start of the next term.
• The receipt of your payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• As our costs are fixed, fees remain payable in cases of absence. There are no reductions for sickness or holidays.
  
• For private lessons a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for students to make cancellations or booking amendments, otherwise the full session fee will be payable.
• In the event that the instructor is unable to take a lesson, the session will be rescheduled or where this is not possible, the session cost will be credited against the next term/booking fees.
  
• Cadley Dance Studios reserve the right to change fees or timetable without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to inform students/parents/guardians of any changes as soon as possible

Behaviour

• Poor behaviour will not be tolerated, and students must have mutual respect for other students and their teacher.
• If a student causes a serious disruption, they will be asked to leave their lesson.
• If a student is causing frequent disruption, requiring parental involvement, the student may be asked to leave the school if significant improvement in behaviour is not apparent.
• Cadley Dance Studios operates an anti-bullying policy.

Classes

• Children should arrive promptly, correctly dressed and attend classes regularly.
  
• Please inform the instructor of any injuries before class begins.
  
• The School has a uniform which can be ordered for you (payment with order please). There is no obligation to purchase uniform for the first half-term, but every effort must be made to purchase it for the second term.
• Physical contact maybe necessary when helping to demonstrate or correct.
  
• Cadley Dance Studies does not accept the responsibility for any items lost or stolen.
• Photography or video of any classes, examinations or events is not permitted without written permission from the Principal.
• Regular attendance is expected in all classes. If you are aware of a future absence, please notify your instructor as soon as possilble.
• If a student no longer wishes to attend the School, please notify Cadley Dance Studios in writing (email is acceptable) so that the place can be released to another student.
  
  

Examinations

• Students will only be put forward for examinations once the required standard is attained.
